Jacie’s passion for advocacy and community work started when she became involved with the 2016 Youth @ City Council program in high school and when she later became involved with the 2016 Sacramento Children’s Fund, working as the Director of the phone banking. In June 2016 Jacie co-founded the Sacramento Youth Alliance Community Action Team. Jacie is a passionate advocate for young people and hopes to create more opportunities for everyone to succeed regardless of where they come from. Jacie is currently attending California University of Sacramento studying political science.
