DLA: Advisory Board Orientation is in full swing!
The Davitto Leadership Academy (DLA) Peer Mentors gave a warm welcome to the Advisory Board Members on Saturday during their orientation. After a successful Peer Mentor training, last weekend, they’re ready to help guide DLA youth toward leadership and success.
The morning was filled with laughter, passion, and unity as the two DLA teams came together to make connections, cross-culturally, and cross-generationally. A day filled with activities that involved strategic planning of how best to serve our vulnerable youth, was met with more than a dozen aspiring leaders ready for the youth mentor program that lies ahead this fall. Great things are in store for the Davitto Leadership Academy!
