Stephanie Rahlfs is an attorney and business operations professional. She is currently the Global Audience Director for Monster where she helps lead the team responsible for developing an increasingly large and diverse audience of employers and job seekers for Monster career sites across North America and Europe. Before beginning her digital strategy career, Stephanie practiced law on the San Diego City Attorney’s Office Government Affairs Team where she advised the mayor and city council on the legal aspects of the public policy-making process, including open meetings, public records, board appointments, and elections.

Stephanie has a B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy, with honors, from California State University, Chico, a J.D. from University of San Diego School of Law, and a graduate certificate in Managerial Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science. She is a member of the California Bar. A native Californian, Stephanie has been involved in nonprofit leadership and service learning for over twenty years and has spoken extensively on the topics of grass-roots lobbying, campus and community organizing, issue campaign planning, public policymaking, and community service learning.
